Lessons
Private skating lessons start at any time of year. Saturday and Sunday mornings starting at 8:15 a.m. and running each half hour after that. Please contact me for time availability.
New Adult Beginner/Advanced Beginner Class start up Sunday, September 21, 2025, Sunday morning 11:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. You MUST be able to stand up and move on your skates to attend this class. Fees are $110.00 which includes rink fees, lesson fees, and the use of rental skates if needed.
New! Adult beginner skating class starting Saturday mornings starting July 5,2025 11:15, 2025. Skating fundamentals and skills will be taught during this 6 week session. Adult beginners are very welcome! Please wear wrist guards and a helmet if desired. For your comfort, wear loose, non-restrictive clothing and bring water.
Private lessons (one-on-one instruction) can be arranged as scheduling allows. The rate is $125.00 for 3 - half hour private lessons, $195.00 for 6 - half hour private lessons. Cash or cheque an ATM is located at the rink for your convenience. Lessons can flex if the schedule allows for shift workers, holidays etc. with prior notice to me.
Private group rate (2 people) $150.00 per person (sold as a set of 6 - 30 minute lessons)
Private group of 3 people or more, $135.00 per person (sold as a set of 6 -30 minute lessons)
Single lesson - 30 minutes $40.00 60 minutes $70.00 only if scheduling allows
New! I will come to your group for skating instruction. Travel time 30 minutes max one way for the rate of $120.00 per hour. Do you have your own private group for instruction and the days above don't work for you? Check with me for other available times. Remember, I work when the rink DOES NOT HAVE public sessions scheduled.
Roller-skating is a great fitness activity. Lessons will increase your leg strength and balance. Basic skating techniques, Derby prep, figures, and dance (waltz, tango, etc. no partner needed) are offered.
All lesson fees include roller skates, rink usage fees and lesson fees.
Note: As skaters advance, (able to complete Figure 1) lesson time will include a half hour practice time at no additional cost depending on scheduling.

Planning a private party? Need instruction for a small group of beginning skaters? Have a skating instructor attend your function to help get your group on their feet! $75.00 per half hour (up to 10 skaters, $6.00 for each additional skater)
