Private Parties and Group Rentals

Wheelies Roller Rink has everything you need to make your private function fabulous and fun! We can accommodate almost any size of group.
Whether it is 25 or 350, ages 5 to 100... Wheelies is the answer to your private party needs!
Think of us when planning a birthday celebration, sports windup, club function, fundraiser, family reunion, Guides / Scouts get together, religious group outing, Halloween party, Christmas party, school graduation or any other event you can think of.
Our laser lights, black lights and sound system will add colour and excitement to your event. Music can be tailored to you specific needs.
The hours for private bookings vary from afternoon, evening, and late night - after session time slots. We offer two different choices when booking for groups organizations. Groups can schedule a private skating
party or may choose to receive a discounted admission rate during public skating hours. We would be happy to work with you to find a time to suit your personal needs.
Private Party Rental Charges include 25 people. Over 25 people/guests additional charge as follows:
*Children's private parties* : ALL children over initial 25 are $15.00 each, plus $1.00 each skate rental (if needed). Adult guests over initial 25, skating are $15.00 each, plus $1.00 each skate rental
(if needed) Non-Skating Adults are $10.00 each. ($7.00 each Adult N/S over initial 25 Monday/Thursday ONLY)
**NEW** For the safety of all our guests, all skaters 10 years of age and under must bring their own helmet when coming to the facility. We do offer a very limited number
of helmets for rental, with very few small, for $1.00 each on-site so be sure to bring your own. Please note that without a helmet, skate rental will not be permitted, but admission must still be paid and the child
must STAY OFF the skating floor at all times.
*Adult private parties*: There is NO alcohol allowed. Additional guests over included 25 skating or non-skating: $15.00 each, plus $1.00 each skate rental (if needed).
Private parties are 2.5 hours in length which includes your entry and exit time. You will be given entry 5 Minutes before the start time of your private party.
Music will end at 2.25 hours to allow you to courteously exit for the next party.
** A Non-refundable $225.00 ($175.00 for Monday/Thursday ONLY) deposit is required to hold your date within 7 days of making your booking, by dropping off cash during a public
skate session or e-transfer is available for an additional $2.00. fee (e-transfer details given upon request) If booked later than 7 days before your party, the
deposit is required immediately**
**You may bring your own food/drinks. Please NO 2L bottles & cups, ONLY individual cans/bottles/juice boxes. No popcorn, No hard candies, No gum, No glass jars, No Confetti/Glitter.
NO GLOW jewelry with connectors. Balloons must be secured to a weight. Also, Socks are MANDATORY for skate rental.
We will reserve/set aside an appropriate number of tables for your group. We ask that you please only utilize the tables/area set aside for your group.

The rink can also be rented privately from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for Church outings,
School outings and Daycares.
