At Wheelies you have three great party packages to choose from.
Available during Friday Night/Saturday or Sunday Afternoon(Winter) sessions ONLY
PACKAGES ARE A "FLAT RATE CHARGE" PARTY OF 10 (7 PLUS THE GUEST OF HONOUR & 2 PARENT CHAPERONES)**PLEASE BRING A LIST, FIRST NAME ONLY, FOR US TO CHECK IN YOUR GUESTS AS THEY ARRIVE**
**YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BIRTHDAY COUNT, GIVEN A TICKET AND DIRECTED TO YOUR TABLE (ADVISE PARENTS NOT STAYING IN THE BUILDING THEY ARE DROPPING OFF AT THE FRONT COUNTER)
*If your party is going to be larger then the 8 guests & 2 chaperones, consider booking another table package for an additional 8 guests and 2 adults

Package #1: "Just the Basics" Birthday Package
$175.00 (Including taxes)* 8 Party Guests (including guest of honour) plus 2 Adult chaperones-Includes admissions & quad rentals
* 1 Large bowl of popcorn
* 8 Drinks (Choice of bottled water, juice box or canned pop)
* 2 Bottles of water (for chaperones)

* Reserved party table - 1 Picnic style table (10 person capacity)

Package #2: "Hot Dog Party" Package

**IMPORTANT NOTES**
* Extra pizzas, drinks, popcorn etc. can be added at time submitting order form
* Outside Food & Cake: Absolutely NO outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake, or birthday cupcakes
* Personal water bottles are allowed but must be empty before entering the building. There is a water fountain on site for filling or bottled water for purchase.
* IMPORTANT: If any additional food or drink is brought into our rink we reserve the right to add an additional $100.00 service charge to your invoice.
* Alcohol and illegal substances are STRICTLY prohibited
* Sorry no balloons allowed in the building
* No glow jewelry is allowed
* A copy of Wheelies house rules will be in your birthday basket on the table, please ensure all guests read and are aware of the rules
* Safety: Should your group partake in activities that put others at risk for their safety, or have demonstrated destructive behaviour we reserve the right to ask those individuals
or your party to leave with no refund. Rink rules during public sessions are created in order to keep all participants as safe as possible.
* Wheelies has a full concession available to purchase snacks/drinks/treats
* PLEASE NOTE: Goody bags are to remain in your vehicle or brought in a bag/box with guest of honour name for storage until 2:45 pm (9:15PM Friday) to be handed out as birthday guests are exiting the building.
* NO taping of decorations/decor to tables/windows/walls etc. (Our table area is always decorated for birthdays)
* Each package receives a birthday table cloth, plates, cutlery & napkins for cake/cupcakes
* Sorry we are unable to store cakes/cupcakes in our commercial refrigerator. Space allowing (not always guaranteed) ice cream cakes may be placed in our deep freeze temporarily
* NO glitter, confetti or the like allowed in the building - Please advise your guests
* Candles are welcome, however, please NO sparklers
* NO moving/joining of additional tables unless purchased
* Inline upgrade available $5.00/per pair (limited quantities, first come first serve basis)
** Socks are mandatory for skate rental**
* Birthday party invoices will be ready at the front entrance and must be paid between 2:30pm and 2:45pm (9:00pm - 9:15pm Fridays)
MANDATORY SAFETY PROTOCOL: FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS, ALL CHILDREN 10 YEARS OF AGE OR UNDER ARE REQUIRED TO BRING AND WEAR A HELMET AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE BUILDING.
WE DO HAVE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF HELMETS AVAILABLE FOR $1.00 RENTAL FEE. REFUSAL TO ADHERE TO THE SAFETY PROTOCOL WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF ENTRY INTO THE FACILITY.
