Available during Friday Night/Saturday or Sunday Afternoon sessions ONLY
PACKAGES ARE A "FLAT RATE CHARGE" PARTY OF 10 (7 PLUS THE GUEST OF HONOUR & 2 CHAPERONES)**PLEASE BRING A LIST, FIRST NAME ONLY, FOR US TO CHECK IN YOUR GUESTS AS THEY ARRIVE**
**YOUR GUESTS WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR BIRTHDAY COUNT, GIVEN A TICKET AND DIRECTED TO YOUR TABLE (ADVISE PARENTS NOT STAYING IN THE BUILDING THEY ARE DROPPING OFF AT THE FRONT COUNTER)
*If your party is going to be larger then the 8 guests & 2 chaperones, consider booking another table package for an additional 8 guests and 2 adults

* WATER OR REFILLABLE CONTAINERS MUST BE EMPTY UPON ENTRY TO THE FACILITY. THERE IS A WATER FOUNTAIN ON SITE OR BOTTLED WATER AVAILABLE FOR ONLY $1.00 AT CONCESSION
* NO ALCOHOL OR ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING
* SORRY NO BALLOONS ALLOWED
* NO GLOW JEWELRY WITH CONNECTORS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING
* WHEELIES HAS A FULL CONCESSION AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE SNACKS/DRINKS
* PLEASE NOTE: Goody bags are to remain in your vehicle or brought in a bag/box with guest of honour name for storage until 2:45 pm to be handed out as birthday guests are exiting the building.
* NO GLOW JEWELRY WITH CONNECTORS ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING
* NO TAPING OF DECORATIONS/DECOR TO TABLES/WINDOWS/WALLS. ETC

* SORRY WE ARE UNABLE TO STORE CAKES/CUPCAKES IN OUR COMMERICAL REFRIGERATOR. SPACE ALLOWING, WE CAN PLACE ICE CREAM CAKES IN OUR FREEZER TEMPORARILY
* NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI ALLOWED IN THE BUILDING - PLEASE ADVISE YOUR GUESTS

* INLINE UPGRADE AVAILABLE $5.00/PER PAIR

* BIRTHDAY INVOICES WILL BE READY AT THE FRONT ENTRANCE AND MUST BE PAID BETWEEN 2:30PM AND 2:45PM
MANDATORY SAFETY PROTOCOL: FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OUR GUESTS, ALL CHILDREN 10 YEARS OF AGE OR UNDER ARE REQUIRED TO BRING AND WEAR A HELMET AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE BUILDING.
WE DO HAVE A LIMITED SUPPLY OF HELMETS AVAILABLE FOR $1.00 RENTAL FEE. REFUSAL TO ADHERE TO THE SAFETY PROTOCOL WILL RESULT IN REFUSAL OF ENTRY INTO THE FACILITY.
