Private Parties and Group Rentals

Looking to throw a fabulous and fun private event? Wheelies Roller Rink has got you covered! Whether you're expecting a cozy gathering of 30 or throwing a big
bash for up to 325 guests, we can accommodate all ages, from 5 to 100! Pricing subject to increased rate on Statutory/General Holidays ** A Non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required within 7 days of making your booking to hold your date, by dropping off
cash during a public skate session. If your plans change, this deposit can be transferred to another date that is within 6 months of your original booking. ** Friday Nights

The hours for private bookings vary from afternoon, evening, and late night - after session time slots. We offer two different choices when booking for groups organizations.
2 Private Party rental options. Additional guests/people charged as follows:
OPTION 1 (30 People included)::
*Children's private parties:
ALL children over initial 30 are $15.00 each
Adult guests over initial 30, skating are $15.00 each
Non-Skating Adults are $10.00 each
OPTION 1 (30 People included):

There is NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED (Zero Tolerance).
Additional guests over the initial 30, skating or non-skating: $15.00 each
OPTION 1 (30 People included) - Private Rental: $550.00 plus GST, 3.0 hours in length, which includes your entry and exit time. Music will end 15 minutes before the
end of your party to allow you to pack up, clean up, and courteously exit at your scheduled end time. Your cooperation in leaving on time is greatly appreciated to allow staff to sanitize between parties. You bring
your own food/drinks (with restrictions)
OPTION 2 (25 People included):
*Children's private parties*:
ALL children over initial 25 are $10.00 each
Adult guests over initial 25, skating are $10.00 each
Non-Skating Adults are $8.00 each
OPTION 2 (25 People included)::
*Adult private parties*:
There is NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED (Zero Tolerance).

OPTION 2 (25 People included) - Private Rental: $415.00 plus GST, 2.0 hours in length, which includes your entry and exit time. Music will end 15 minutes before the end of
your party to allow you to pack up, clean up, and courteously exit at your scheduled end time. Your cooperation in leaving on time is greatly appreciated to allow staff to sanitize between parties. NO outside food or drinks
allowed to be brought in, other than your birthday cake/cupcakes. You're responsible for bringing plates, napkins, cutlery, and tablecloths. Concession will be open to purchase beverages, snacks, or food.
MANDATORY SAFETY PROTOCOL:
For the safety of all our guests, all skaters aged 10 years and under are required to bring their own helmets when visiting the facility. We do have a very limited supply of helmets available
for rental on-site at $1.00 each, with only a few small options available. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged to bring your own helmet. Refusal to adhere to our safety
protocol sadly will result in refusal of entry into the building.
**OPTION 1: Is a dry, self-catered rental**
BUT PLEASE:
NO 2L bottles & cups, ONLY individual cans/bottles/juice boxes
NO popcorn, No hard candies, No gum, No glass jars
When bringing food items, keep in mind the safety of your guests if the items end up on the floor (tripping/falling)
**All containers, coolers etc are subject to inspection for prohibited items. Such items like alcohol will result in your event being cancelled immediately**
**OPTION 2: Is a dry, no outside food rental with an exception, you may bring in your birthday cake/cupcakes, along with table cloths, plates, napkins and/or cutlery ONLY**NO CUPS allowed
Outside Food & Cake: Absolutely NO outside food or drinks are permitted, with the exception of a birthday cake, or birthday cupcakes.
Personal water bottles are permitted - Must be empty before entry
* IMPORTANT: If any additional food or drink is brought into our rink we reserve the right to add an additional $150.00 service charge to your invoice.

Socks are mandatory for skate rental
NO Confetti/Glitter
NO Sparklers - Candles ONLY please
NO GLOW jewelry - Please check with us beforehand to ensure your items can be used
NO taping decorations/decor or any other items to tables, benches, walls, windows etc.
NO Balloons allowed in the building
NO strollers/wagons permitted on skating floor
NO outside shoes allowed on the skating floor. Only individuals with rollerskates/rollerblades are allowed on the skating floor (including small children)
Please bring indoor only shoes or socks to wear if you intend to walk on the skating floor to assist children
NO carrying of small children while wearing skates in any area of the rink for the safety of the child and adult
We will reserve/set aside an appropriate number of tables for your group. We ask that you please ONLY utilize the tables/area set aside for your group.
** Sorry, please note there is no access to any electrical outlets in the building for use during private events
Safety: Should your group partake in activities that put others at risk for their safety, or have demonstrated destructive behaviour we reserve the right to ask those individuals
or your party to leave with no refund. Rink rules during sessions are created in order to keep all participants as safe as possible.
Failure to comply with our restrictions/rules can result in the immediate cancellation of your event with no refunds.
