Private Parties and Group Rentals

Looking to throw a fabulous and fun private event? Wheelies Roller Rink has got you covered! Whether you're expecting a cozy gathering of 25 or throwing a big
bash for up to 350 guests, we can accommodate all ages, from 5 to 100!
Think of us for your next birthday celebration, sports windup, club function, fundraiser, family reunion, Guides/Scouts get-together, religious outing, Halloween or Christmas party, school graduation, or any other exciting event you can dream up!
Our vibrant laser lights, black lights, and top-notch sound system will set the stage for an unforgettable experience. Plus, we can customize the music to perfectly suit your needs. Let’s make your event a fantastic celebration at Wheelies!
The hours for private bookings vary from afternoon, evening, and late night - after session time slots. We offer two different choices when booking for groups organizations. Groups can
schedule a private skating party or may choose to receive a discounted admission rate during public skating hours. We would be happy to work with you to find a time to suit your personal needs.
Private Party Rental Charges include 25 people. Over 25 people/guests additional charge as follows:
*Children's private parties* :
ALL children over initial 25 are $15.00 each, plus $1.00 each skate rental (if needed).
Adult guests over initial 25, skating are $15.00 each, plus $1.00 each skate rental (if needed)
Non-Skating Adults are $10.00 each. ($7.00 each Adult N/S over initial 25 Monday/Thursday ONLY)
For the safety of all our guests, all skaters aged 10 years and under are required to bring their own helmets when visiting the facility. We do have a very limited supply of helmets available
for rental on-site at $1.00 each, with only a few small options available. Therefore, it is strongly encouraged to bring your own helmet. Please be aware that skate rentals will not be allowed without a helmet. Additionally, while admission
must still be paid, children without helmets will need to stay off the skating floor at all times.
*Adult private parties*:
There is NO ALCOHOL ALLOWED.
Additional guests over intial 25, skating or non-skating: $15.00 each, plus $1.00 each skate rental (if needed).
Private parties are 2.5 hours in length which includes your entry and exit time. You will be given entry 5 Minutes before the start time of your private party.
Music will end at 2.25 hours to allow you to courteously exit for the next party.
** A Non-refundable $225.00 ($175.00 for Monday/Thursday ONLY) deposit is required to hold your date within 7 days of making your booking, by dropping off cash during a public
skate session or e-transfer is available for an additional $2.00 fee. (e-transfer details given upon request) If booked later than 7 days before your party, the
deposit is required immediately**
**You may bring your own food/drinks**
Please NO 2L bottles & cups, ONLY individual cans/bottles/juice boxes.
No popcorn, No hard candies, No gum, No glass jars
No Confetti/Glitter.
NO GLOW jewelry with connectors.
Balloons must be secured to a weight.
Socks are MANDATORY for skate rental.
We will reserve/set aside an appropriate number of tables for your group. We ask that you please only utilize the tables/area set aside for your group.
**All containers, coolers etc are subject to inspection for prohibited items. Such items like alcohol will result in your event being cancelled immediately

The rink can also be rented privately from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for Church outings, School outings and Daycares.
